the all-inclusive setup proved pretty convenient though it's hard to mess that up.

i found the reception staff quite unhelpful i asked for assistance with a simple request and they just told me to come back later it took multiple attempts to resolve a minor issue also the fire alarm kept going off at all hours it was a bit disruptive

The hotel location was great (near the beach). the staff was attentive and kind. the beach and pool towels were always available. i appreciated the daily activities offered. There was always something to do.

the gym was small and felt undersized for the hotel capacity. it was difficult to find available equipment during peak hours. a larger gym would improve the experience.

The buffet had a great variety. I could always find something appealing. fresh food was abundant (especially the fruit). pizza was available at both lunch and dinner with many options to choose from.
